What to do before contacting us

Before contacting us, it is important to see if you can resolve the issue yourself. This might mean following the complaints process within the organisation that you are dissatisfied with, or meeting with someone in the organisation to talk about the problem to see how it can be fixed.

If you feel you are not able to do this, you can still contact us for advice and guidance.

If your complaint or concern is not about a Government of Jersey department or service, please check the website of the organisation you want to complain about, or ask them for their complaints process and policy.
