If you feel that your children's rights have not been upheld, you must raise this directly with the service that is involved.

If you have raised your concern with the organisation in question, you must ensure that you have escalated your complaint using the organisations' complaint process and have received a decision or reply. If you still believe there to be a children's human rights issue once you have followed the full complaints process, please complete the following form to share with our office.

The Children and Families Hub working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday; and 8:30am-4:30pm on Friday.
An out-of-hours service will operate at other times: the duty social worker can be reached by calling the Hub (01534 519000) and selecting option 4 or via the Hospital Switchboard on 442000.
