Raising a concern with Education

We advise the following steps should be taken when raising an issue with your school:

  • It is important that you raise your concern with your form or class teacher in the first instance. It is likely that they will be able to sort things out much more efficiently and informally. 
  • If you're unable to speak with your form or class teacher then you should raise your concern with your deputy head or head teacher.
  • Take a look at your school's website to find and follow their Complaint Policy 
  • If you have followed this route of escalation and still have concerns, you can write to your school's governing body.
  • If your concern is about a school that does not have a governing body then you can contact the Education Department or write to the Group Director for Education or contact at the following:
