If you feel that your children's rights have not been upheld, you must raise this directly with the service that is involved as a starting point.
Please find more detailed information about how to make a formal complaint to a particular Government organisation here.
If you have raised your concern with the organisation in question, please ensure that you have escalated your complaint using the organisations' complaint process and have received a decision or reply. If you still believe there to be a children's human rights issue once you have followed the full complaints process, please complete the following form to share with our office.

If you have a concern about a child in Jersey, please contact the Children and Families Hub.
You can also email the Hub at childrenandfamilieshub@gov.je
The Children and Families Hub working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday; and 8:30am-4:30pm on Friday.
An out-of-hours service will operate at other times: the duty social worker can be reached by calling the Hub (01534 519000) and selecting option 4 or via the Hospital Switchboard on 442000.
The Children and Families Hub also offers support, advice and information for families.
